Ron Abelski is a partner at Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), one of Israel's most prestigious law firms focusing on complex cross-border transactions. Specialising in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity work, Ron is also heading the firm's German desk representing numerous DAX 30 companies. Having joined the firm as its first non-founding partner, Ron is part of ERM's executive management team steering the firm's internal and external business strategy.

Putting an emphasis on an inclusive approach to leadership, Ron will not leave out a chance to highlight his team's achievements and a leader's responsibility to get as involved into the team's work as everyone else.
