Noam Inbar is a Partner at Viola FinTech a Venture Capital fund investing in Fintech, Insurtech, Regtech and Proptech startups across the US, Europe and Israel. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has held multiple executive roles at multinational companies in Israel and overseas. In her past engagements, she served as Corporate Vice President at Orbia, as Regional Leader at Oracle for Startups, Vice President at Forter, and Head of Business Development at PayPal, among a number of other front-stage roles.

A multidisciplinary executive with a passion for business transformation, innovation, and “high-impact pivots”, as she calls it, Noam has led the development and launch of several successful fintech products and scaled global sales and marketing teams. She has repeatedly translated innovation actives into tangible business growth and has left her fingerprint on those company cultures she helped transform.

Until today, Noam loves discovering companies that aim to reinvent the future of financial services and engage with founders that appreciate the complexities of the financial industry.
