“A leader needs to be able to create a vision and inspire to drive action.
For people to truly connect to their vision, however, they need to remain grounded and approachable in the long run.”
Anna Farberov is the General Manager of PepsiCo Labs, the innovation arm of the multinational food and beverage corporation aiming for nothing less than to improve our lives and businesses with disruptive technology. Driven by a “healthy dissatisfaction with the status quo” as she puts it, Anna’s career has been covering areas from finance, business development and operations up to venture scouting and corporate investments. Prior to joining PepsiCo to lead the company’s global innovation activities, Anna spent over seven years at Procter & Gamble before becoming the Head of Strategy and Planning at Discount Investment Corporation, an Israeli investment group with close to USD 2 billion in assets.
Apart from a number of board memberships at companies she has partly invested in, Anna is also serving on the advisory board of Innovation BaseCamp, an Israeli innovation facilitator connecting governments, academia and private companies to innovation ecosystems that drive economic growth.
